Default PayPal Disputes: How many at one time/per period of time?

Hi Guys,

Slightly nervous but may be being paranoid.

So a really annoying customer just opened a dispute on one of my stealth accounts. It's few months old and going great and don't want to lose it (state the obvious haha).

Anyway, I now have 1 dispute only on my account, BUT in the last month I guess i've had about 5. However, they've all been closed with 24hours generally and I've responded lots message wise. I've had one claim and was awarded the money as I proved delivery, rightly.

So I was wondering for a bit more clarity on disputes as I had a search and there's only one american mentioning to have no more than 5 at one time (DISPUTES not claims). This seems a bit arbitrary to me...?

So do you think I should be worried. This one will be cleared up within 36 hours but i'm worried having had 5 in the last month that this could flag on PP? Thoughts? Or is it more about having multiple claims and too many disputes open simultaneously?

Any clarity would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Start preparing for the worst.
One faint glimmer of hope may be where the transactions took place?

If off ebay, you may have a little extra leeway.

The noose tightens tbf.

Time to look quickly at the business model. % of bad activity is much too high for a new account.

If any of this relates to anything on your older accounts ( same patterns ), then start learning to change your ways
