Default MC999 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension for no real reason

I recieved a few messages from Ebay last Thursday that I really did not understand:

---MC999 NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension -
Your eBay account has been suspended because recent activity has raised some concerns about the security of your account. We've taken this precaution to make sure that the activity doesn't cause problems--however unintentional--with our other members.

During the suspension, you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. If you have information to help us better understand your account activity, please email us at proactappeals@ebay.com with an explanation and any pertinentrelevant information.
---MC004 AM Notice: eBay Informational Alert- eBay ABOUT ME PAGE Immediate Removal
Your eBay About Me page, located at xxxAboutMePageURLxxx, has been removed because some of its content violated eBay policy. The content that violated eBay policy includes the following:

xxxSpecificViolationsxxx
---MC018 Listing policy violation alert: (723161834)
We removed these listings because you've had too many duplicate auction-style listings that didn't end in a sale. The items we removed are duplicates of other auction-style listings that are currently active on your eBay account.

Before I get into these I can tell you that I was a Silver level Top Rated Seller with 1711 feedback score (%99.9+). I have recieved 2 negative feedback out of about 4000 transaction (Last one was about 6 months ago). My DSR are all 5.0/5.0. Last case was about 6 months ago (3 total in 6 years).

MC999 was the 1st message I got followed immediately by the other two.
MC004 This is where is gets strange, I did not have a "ME" page and if I did I never put anything in it.
MC018 This one was removal of all my listing because they were duplicate but none of them were.

I sell mostly sports cards (%80) and collectables (Starbucks stuff, Disney, Coke %20) I am really having a hard time figuring this out, someone called from Ebay the day I was suspended and we were disconnected after a few seconds with no call back. Since then I have been Emailing and Calling to try and find something out with out any success.

They keep telling me to contact proactappeals@ebay.com but I have and they will no answer me back.

Any help would be great and if you have any question I will be able to answer them fast, thanks.

What was in your "About Me" page? I've never seen a suspension like this, it's indeed strange.

That is the strange part, there was nothing in my me page, in fact I did not even have one, so I thought.

Is the info real?

Confirm since the suspension you have had no contact at all with ebay?

Heard of a similar suspension where it was ,surprise surprise, an ebay error.

On a completed listing, what shows for your 'ME' page?
I am seeing if you can show them by way of screen-shot it is void of info...

Might be more questions

Well I got some more info today but it was not from Ebay. Two people who bought items right before the suspension have bought several items from me in that past emailed me and said that they got a message from Ebay saying

"Listing removed because the copyright or trademark owner of this product reported that they believe the item may not be authentic."

Both the item were Starbucks coffee mugs. So it look like Starbucks had an issue with what I was selling and they are the reason I am suspended. Everything I sold was real, I never bought anything to sell from online. I live close to Starbucks headquarters and I was running ads on Craigslist and hitting yard/ Estate sells finding this stuff to sell.

Why didn't Ebay tell me the real reason? Why did they make up reasons to suspend me?

GreenBean, I did not have a "ME" page and I called Ebay everyday and every CSR I talked to told me they had never seen anything like this.

The last message I got from Ebay telling me the suspension is Indefinite said "Our decision is based on evidence from our records. We're not comfortable with your selling practices or business model, and we feel they don't help to promote a positive buying and selling environment."

But do to Ebays policy they can not tell me anything about the "evidence from our records"

It looks like I was just another case of 2 big corporations screwing a little guy and they did not have the balls to even tell me why the were screwing me.

Starbucks must be really feeling the pinch after the uk hassle about corporation tax so maybe a few old cups will resolve there issue .
I would simply sit back and laugh ..
Thinking my little business has upset a massive corporation ... mission acomplished...
Then open a few more stealths ...
