my question is like the titel says

which country is the easiest to register an ebay account, if i do it in my own country (netherlands), you need a landline, ebay.co.uk is already easier to use a prepaid, but the need your creditcardnumber etc if you want to sell

any suggestions?

You should use whichever platform you are comfortable with. I consider registration to be the same throughout - always a way around that landline thing. Lot of UK users here so that platform seems popular. Maybe get a UK IP and do it up...would need a UK bank account though for verification.
