Default paypal issue with money laundering request

hi,

my limit for my PP was £1900 - $2500.

i got over the limit and receiving monies were £2000.

The account got limitd, and I couldnt confirm my ID through the form they have.

I sent in my documents, DL & Utility bill.

they apparently reviewed them, and they're not good enough. bare in mind, they are my legit documents.

howevre, the phone numbers on bill and account dont match.
and my name has an additional Y in it on the bills, and not on the Paypal.

now htey're asking for passport & bank statement with address and so forth,

why is this happening?

never had this issue before, and how do i solve it?

cheers

Any documents you submit MUST MATCH the information on p/p EXACTLY

So update your details on p/p and send them what they ask for that MATCHES the registered info

But since firestar already failed the process once, PP knows this, so updating the info of address etc. should not matter... They already flagged you.

I've had several accounts very recently that have waited nearly a week to get done. As always it is so hit and miss as have also had one go through in a day.

He has not 'failed' anything yet, all they are asking for are MATCHING docs for the info on file.

Not an issue if it's only a 'spelling' error on the name or address.

He can amend the 'spelling' and then submit the docs they have requested.

I have amended errors on a few accounts and have always managed to get the limits raised after resubmitting docs.

p/p realise that some folks can't type that well.

Easily done, just look at some of the posts on this forum

Someone else did this a while back and said they fixed them resent and were ok.

I think they made a note that a mistake was made or something.

Yep i agree, there is no harm in trying this method, as you have nothing to lose since the paypal account is already limited.
