For the last two boxes, both were allowed into the country, transported into my destination city (Boston), and then seized by the local CBP (i.e. the Fedex guy delivers the boxes directly to CPB, the tracking shows: signed for by: O. CBP).
I called Fedex customer service and their rep told me, very explicitly, the items had been seized.
I know I will receive customs letters (probably one for each box), and I should ignore them. And I should never re-use old name/address again. Is there anything else that I should look out for, like fines/penalties by Customs?
Thank you for your opinion!
