2 banned personels can i get business

i got banned from ebay/paypal last year and wanna get back on...... i made another one after my fist got banned (silly), i have a bank acc (new), can i poen a business account or somthing? even though im not a buisness lol. i only wan to sell a few small bits (nothing big) £50-100 a month lol

Your name and address is now toast with ebay regardless of what account you try for.
