90 day stealth walk through

I was wondering if anybody can give me a 90 day walkthrough with keeping an account good and being in a good position to get the 21 day hold off and selling higher dollar items.

I already created and verified paypal and ebay account. I am looking for something like this

day 3 list a 2 dollar item buy 2 2 dollar items
day 7 list 3 2 dollar items buy 1 4 dollar item
day 20 sell 1 100 dollar item
day 45 sell 2 200 dollar items
day 60 sell 1 400 dollar item
day 90 you should be able and ready to go sell what you need

Of course not following the model to an exact but a general idea to stay under the radar.
