Look for non-US issues VISA/MC etc

Hi, I am trying to make payments to a few merchants who do not except visa/mc/amex etc that are issued by U.S. Banks.

A prepaid card issued from Europe or Canada would be ideal. Any idea's how I can do this. Thanks!

Above site may be of benefit. In its favor, it is a fast process to create an entropay account. Then you make your own vcc's. Sometimes there may be an ID request. That is rarely problematic.

Weird merchants that do not want US-based banks imo.

Thanks for your time, I actually have an Entropay account (Registered w/ US address) and I get the same problems as any other US issued card.

Skrill has no problem accepting my card, but the merchant cannot/will not accept the funds because they are from a US Bank.

UKASH/Paysafecard would be ideal, but they are not avail. in the US. Don't think their are any other options for me.

What is the amount you need loaded onto a Canada prepaid card?
