Default 2 Stealthers/2 Modems Overlap IPs? Excel log help

OK, i know most of this has been ran through here and i think i know the answer but i want to make sure here is my setup
Me and my partner both "do ebay"
we both have different pcs and different modems (we hardline)
and are keeping track of IPs
but here is my question, because we have different modems is it possible that they do not OVERLAP?
Im guessing that they will…
and if I'm correct, how would it be possible for us to keep track and "sync" a excel page with each other and have a MASTER list of ip address so as we don't get each others ip address..
please let me know as soon as possible

1. Are the different modems with different PROVIDERS? If so - no overlap.

2. If both modems are active at same time, even with same provider, highly unlikely to get the same IP. If one is off and other is on, then yes reassignment of IP can happen.

We both run ebay accounts and changing the IP with one modem for both of us through all the accounts was getting to be a pain and causing problems.

Easily solved we now both work with dongles and use the modem for everything except ebay and paypal.

Nice Sausage - way to simplify operations - separate IP providers.

Not a bad idea with different providers, I just use comcast with two modems (gotta pay a bunch for it smh)
I had verizon paying 50$/month, wondering if I should get something else
I've always used hard line connection instead of wifi dunno why but always did, just was never sure if I could use smac to really change ip over wifi.
I run so many accounts ips are getting harder

One more quick question, should I log each ip for each account that way if I get duplicates on the SAME account I would not need to change it correct?

Well you can try evdoinfo site they have lots of info for wireless ip ranges etc..

you dont use smac with wireless 3g/4g cellular broadband you simply power down and up again after some time to change ip.

Here is my plan, I'm moving to Tmobile (from AT&T) planning to get two hotspot devices/dongles/mifi for ebay and comcast modem for personal ebay/paypal etc.

My question is, should I get two mifi devices from two other separate companies for ebay other than tmobile?
Because the tmobile phones will also have the ebay/paypal app for personal use..
Because as u said, if some of the devices are off (mifi's would be off when not going stealth) they could be reassigned the same ips as the Tmobile phones( if for whatever reason I turn my phones off I don't want to always have to double check with excel make sure I'm not using the same IP address)

I was thinking to just get one mifi through sprint and another maybe verizon/AT&T

Was looking to have it all under tmobile because it would save $$$$
Hotspot/dongle prices
Verizon -$50
Sprint - 35
Tmobile - 30
