Default VMware and 3G usb Modems

Since each VMware machine uses its own unique usb controller, do I still need to get a different 3g/4g usb modem for each different VMware machine?

no, each vmware guest os has its own mac address so your 3g/4g modem prob will not been seen. just in case use SMAC 2.0 and find the usb modems mac address and spoof it!

is the usb modem ur using stealth ??

Well technically its tmobile 4g and they make you open it in your name. But I just thought that since Amazon sees the first device you're using to connect to the internet, it would always show the 3gusb dongle since technically its still connected to the virtual machine through the virtual USB hub

(in the meantime I opened 3 new accounts with VPNs)

Not relevant. Amazon can not tell whose name is on the account. To do that, you would log the IP address and get a court order requesting that the ISP release the info for the IP address in a particular timespan.

And if Amazon went to these lengths you probably have a lot more to worry about than getting suspended.

Agreed. If EB/PP could tell who owned the 3g/4g dongles, tons of people on here would have had their account linked.

NO one can tell who ones the dongle or tethered phone, or anything else IP-related, without a court order. At least in the US anyway. You guys are OK.

I didn't say that. I was talking about the names on the account. But in case, like newtools said, spoof the addresses anyway.

In vmware you should turn off your virtual network adapter in the virtual machine's settings before you turn it on, and then simply plug in your uSB dongle, install, and start surfing.
