NEW error on PAYPAL Don't allow me to add bank account

Hi,

I want to ask if it is only me or any other getting the same problem ? I removed my old bank account from paypal and try to add new account yesterday and paypal give me an error "You cannot add a bank account at this time. Please try again later."?

I email paypal and they replied me with the following email?

I have checked your PayPal account and I can see that you attempted to add your bank account however, there is an issue on the website that is why its not allowing you. You may try to re-add your bank at a later time.

Hi,
I have the same problem, i got 2 ebay and paypal accounts but can't add bank account to paypal, without adding bank info everything is for nothing, please let me know how to solvd this problem.

I would follow what the email says... Try again later, generally PP UK issues fix themselves in 24/48 hours.

I had the same problem with same message. But still got verified however 5-6 days later got an email saying bank cant be used? Still trying to figure out what it is.
