I'm Canadian about to buy a usa paypal account.

I'm wondering how the IP address will work.

Doesnt my ip address need to come from the area the account is made in?

How do i do this?

You will need US IP - the way I operate my US accounts is with dial-up for US IP.

Not specific to the area, no.

Specific to the country is preferable.

Dial-up, although slow, would work.

Another option is VPS. Make sure you pick your supplier carefully

Things like that will not be posted on a public forum.

It would lead to the VPS being over used.

Use google and go at least 10-15 pages deep.

A good VPS is not cheap

Sadly no. Not all are decent.

There are quite a few companies that attract overseas sellers who buy the services for paypal/ebay/amazon.

These sometimes turn up here with their suspension troubles.

Research well.
