Hi, does anyone provide a Phone verification service for new Canadian Ebay accounts? I don't think Phone verification is required for Paypal ... right?

I'm assuming you are referring to the Call Forwarding feature of a VOIP service right? What if I am not in North America, any suggestions then?

Most call forwarding services doesn't care if you are physically in North America, it will work as long as your payment method can be charged, and the forwarding phone is dial-able by them.
