No you cannot sell replicas on Ebay. The only way you can legally sell a replica is to state that it is a replica, which Ebay will not let you do so there is no way around it. As far as legal ramifications go, if you have already gotten limited for it before I don't see you making it much longer anyway. Selling any type of counterfeit good is illegal, and if you get big enough and are doing major sales then yes, you can get it serious trouble for it. A guy near me was selling thousands of dollars worth or replica NFL jerseys at a flea market and just got busted by the feds for it. But for what you are saying right now, it is just a warning not to do it again.
