Stealth UK PP limited today

Hello

One of my UK stealth PP account got limited today. I don't have any request to upload any documents.

I simply see this message "For reasons relating to the safe use of the PayPal Service we need some more information about some of your recent sales."

How should I handle this situation?


The eb/pp account has been selling really well over the last few months and it is now a powerseller account.

No request or any steps to follow? Call them up and clarify

I have seen that kind of message before.

It sounds like a permanent limitation to me, with no way to appeal.

Probably due to a link to a banned account.

Not a lot you can do. Account is dead in the water. You can try ringing and asking to have it removed, but that is unlikely to happen. If you have money in the account you just have to wait out the 180 days

Appeal is unlikely but doesnt hurt to try in my opinion - otherwise 180 days to wait.
