newer stealth, phone and pin verified new number.
completely clean lines with setup.

aged for a while and listed ONE very low risk generic item.

slapped w 0 selling limit immediately. and I have a verified pp attached.

whats up is this new?

its no glitch, its a new thing with the account. I have made several stealths and made this one the same exact way.

yeah when I click verify info it goes straight to calling them.

I think you guys will see alot more of this.

I never ever click request higher selling limits but the account was doomed before it even started.

there is no chance of a link with it either. totally new everything and I mean new as in total new location.

basically the accounts toast but I can not figure out why..

I read it might be deemed high risk but I cant figure out how they may have done that with all new info.

if they linked me I would think they would have at least sent me a message regarding this. and there is no chance of a link since everything is completely new and never used before.

now here is something new....

does anyone think it is possible I got this 0 out of 0 limit for setting up the phone completely on my phone a note3??

I am not saying I used the mobile app or mobile site but the full site and set it up there.

Limits of 0/0 in my experience usually are due to someone else using the same information on file, that or a business is using it. Information may be attached to eBay or Paypal, either way they'll know. They may not tell you that, but that is the deal and they'll ask for additional verification. Could've been anything they saw, including the IP.

You can call up and find out what else they want you to do, but my best guess is that you'll just have to start over from scratch.

I have also had an account start out like this. 0/0 selling right off the bat. No MC999 on it either. It may just be a new thing they are implementing to force us to request higher seller limits

Yes you can use the paypal, can still be good for outside ebay sales.

Only for off ebay transactions.

Can not be used on ebay because you are making a link.

How do you request for higher selling limits apart from this method? Phone in?

Hi there I have the same exact thing happened to me they wanted me to call them up and they asked me a whole bunch of ID verification questions I failed them but they told me I could call them back in 24 hours and try again I hope this helps

Yeah, on these new automatic 0/0 accounts they usually go straight to the database questions which are going to be pretty tough to answer if all the info is stealth. They should let you be able to send in docs if you want to go that route.

Just did a call in for a 0/0 account - they couldnt find the person so requested for ID and billing statement

Yeah eventually when you get a semi competent employee they are just going to ask you for documentation (home address, drivers license, etc). At that point you can get creative or move on. Little tip though, you can still use the attached PayPal account (if you made one), they work just fine even though the eBay account is screwed.
