0 out of 0 selling limit. new stealth no mc message

Hi i tried opening 2 account in the past 2 weeks and they turn into 0/0 limit accounts. Is this a new issue or glitch? In the past it was always 10/500 limit from the start. I don't know if they caught up with the forwarding numbers or they can tell my location. But in my old accounts i am still using them and they are not linked. Is there something up with opening new accounts on ebay?

Keep the old accounts not linked - the issue is with new accounts...but continue to operate link free. Join the other thread for discussion

Opened one today got hit with 0/0 could i still use that paypal for a new stealth account or is it done also???

This just happened on high limit account bought on here!, so not even set up by us!, after listing one pair trainers and buying some tops, the info on here is changing every day with people finding out different things happening to them, by the time it's posted on here as well it's to late for anyone else

It's not the same issue as the 0/0 limits on US Ebay.

So i called on my 0/0 account and got the limits raised to 10. asked me where i lived, and zip code, that was all.
