Default Best Way to Profit from NON-Branded Goods

I have my own ideas on this subject, such as simply creating your own brand and selling them in a brick and mortar store or on ebay but I'd like to hear from people who are actually making with non branded goods successfully.

You don't have to tell me what you are selling. I'd just like to hear some thoughts on the subject, including finding a target market online and offline, along with research methods for both. What to do with the products once you have them, do you brand them or what? If so, what are some practices for building brand equity without spending an arm and a leg. What is the best way to compete with another person who is also doing that same technique?

And whatever else you guys think is important, you don't have to stick to the guidelines I provided in these questions, I kind of just want this subject broken down to me.

I think this works with clothing and higher end electronics. Clothing works really well if you can get the right price point / materials.

was looking for a little more detail than that. I'm not talking about critiquing what I thought about it, I'm talking about providing some of your own thoughts on how to do it.

Lots of ways to do it. Just research.

In China, I probably wouldn't advise having OEM done without getting lots of samples and / or going to look at your stock. They could send you a high quality sample and then the rest of the stock be shoddy 6 weeks later once it's arrived in a container, then you are up a gumtree.

Companies locally to you would be able to do this with clothing, look to use a sourcing company for OEM products or anything in your own brand.

OEM products are always problematic coming from that neck of the woods

Exactly, that's why you should either go and physically check the quality OR deal with local companies either in the US or UK.

If you don't feel like explaining something then don't bother responding. Nobody cares about your dry sense of humour. Lol sarcasm is a tool of weak men, who else would need to disguise their aggression with humor. Also if you type an acronym like that into a search engine anything could pop up. LOL WHAT'S REALLY STUPID ABOUT YOUR COMMENT IS THAT YOU ATTACKED ME AHEAD OF TIME FOR SOMETHING THAT YOU THOUGHT IM MIGHT DO, I DIDN'T EVEN ASK ANY MORE QUESTIONS AS BOUT OEM AND YOU ATTACKED ME AS IF I WAS GOING TO. Don't make up some stuff in your head and attack me for it. If you have aggression problems go take a jui jitsu class or maybe give yourself a hand job. But it's not called for on the forum.

You are pretty limited. Once you brand they would no longer be non branded, no? Maybe generic, but still branded. I would use ebay and amazon to farm buyers onto your own website that sells your own brand. You also have a HUGE advantage on Amazon and Ebay because your are the trademark owner and OEM at this point.

Also once you have a brand, you can wholesale to other sellers etc...

Would you give away half your business if you could make five times as much and do 80% less work?

I would, however this can't be the only way to make money with non branded goods. The most obvious way is to just sell it as it is with no brand. However i'm trying to get some ideas on more than just those two ways.

But yeah that is a good ideal to sell them wholesale. Probably would need to build up the brand equity for that to be worth it.

I disagree. You simply have to place value into your wholesale buyers and the easiest and fastest way to do that is to make them $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I am not going into depth but another option is "Bundle" or "Join" and "Combine"
