International withdrawl without US/UK bank account??

Maybe this is not a new topic.

I am going to buy several stealthy accounts in Marketplace, but I am unable to open an USA/UK bank account, in this case, does this mean I am unable to withdrawl money from PP please??? So I cannot meet the basic requirement to be an ebay stealther, correct??

I can open bank account in Hong Kong and China.

Are you aware of the IP address issues and having access to a postal address in each country?

Thanks, I made it by strongvpn with a Static IP, it cost money though.
I need to find a way to get the address done I think.

Its more than possible to be a stealth on EB US without being in the US

Need to find a better way to solve your IP issue though.

Have to put some money in to make money - as others pointed out...this combination has likely been overused...find a better Dedicated IP source
