ebay UK playing up

As title all of my ebay UK are playing up more than usual today.
any other with same problem ?

Almost every single day there is a new issue with ebay uk.

Whats your particular issue?

when I click to reply to a message it just says invalid item and won't let me reply
on seller manager when click on awaiting despatch it won't show anything or simply show wrong items already despatched
I forecast a lot of cases/negative across accounts because of this

Yep it's a bloody nightmare today, I can't access any of my orders, for this to happen on a Monday is a disaster for me.

Plus, its not even like we can call and ask when the issue will be fixed - being stealthers an all!

My one account listing is saying invalid item whereas they are on eBay website. 1st I thought my account is doomed but when I checked it everything is normal except I can't access to my listings. :(

I wouldn't even bother trying to get on chat either to ask about the issues, lol.

Ebay has the worst customer service of any company ive ever used.

And ive shopped at sports direct...

someone on another forum mentioned about getting addresses for items to despatch from received paypal payments.
I thought it was worth mentioning it here as someone could find this useful.
maybe keeping a log of item sent as later on will need to confirm shipment on ebay.
However for accounts with large sales I think this will be a bit too complicated

Yeah I thought about doing that but i'm pretty sure it would end up in a big mix of confusion and duplicate orders being sent out when eb is back up and running. I dont even know if pp would update eb when i add the tracking info you see.

Lol...and then sometimes you are in position 7 and plummet back up to position 35 or something.
