Has ANyone been askeds to provide Invoices as PArt of Amazon EU Seller Verification

Has anyone been asked to provide invoices as part of the Amazon EU Seller Verification Process? ID and everything else have passed fine.

did you registered through co.uk or frm other EU country ?

I registered on .co.uk. It's part of the seller verification process. If you look on the Amazon Seller Forums, people have mentioned it there.

They accepted ID fine.

Could the items you are listing for sale be seen to be risky at all?

Extra risk could mean extra checks before allowing sale of such items

I'd agree that it maybe the items you are selling that are causing concern.

A request for invoices is not normal when confirming someone's identity.

I wouldn't class them as risky. I did have very good sales in November\December. This maybe why.

As I said before, I have seen on the Amazon Seller Forums, other people have had to provide the same info, for the Seller Verification Process. Perhaps it has to do with Volume of sales? Who knows?!!

I'll provide invoices and see what happens.

Agree with others on here. Invoices are more likely needed if the items you are selling is a high risk category and susceptible to counterfeits. This is common practice and if you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about

The fact it's a stealth account does make it harder.

That is true but their are always ways around this. Where theirs a problem their is always a solution
