Or is th ip also fixed on iPhone so I can only use the one account but not the other. As every time I put phone on aeroplane mode then put I put it back on live to the T Mobilt phone network the ip has a different IP address. Hope this makes sense.

Nev | Viewing two accounts on one device is a huge risk.
If you stay on the 3G network, then changing ip addresses and different browsers would work but to be honest, its hard graft..You would religiously have to check your ips and note them to avoid cross overs.
Is there a reason why you need to log into your old suspended.account.??
Is there no other device that you can use IF you really do need to log onto a suspended.account.
