Paypal limited and need scans

Hi everybody!
Today my best PP account was limited(
Reason: please change your password and sequriti questions AND give scan with proof adress
So I should wait 180 days and forget about this acc
or maybe just photoshop that scan and resolve problem?

I have sent to PP proof adress today. Anybody knows when I should get answer from PP?

Usually about 24-48 hours

If you lucky most of the time it is a few hours.

So, I have got response - please send scan your government ID, scan bank account documents with actuall adress, AND scan current utility bill with actuall adress. As this account is stealth I can not send this documents((
So my question is next: should I send items to buyers and wait 180 days, or give refunds and forgot about this acc
I am afraid that PP can send money back to buyers when items are shipped

Better to do refunds and dump the account.
