Withdrawals after 180 days to CC

I wonder how a 180 day withdrawal works? I've heard that after 180 days they allow to withdraw to a BA. But in our country, there is only a CC withdrawal. So, will they allow to withdraw to a CC?

No, unless some buyers make a claim you will get the balance after 180 days

If there's a claim? Then it will be subtracted from your balance
