Bank of America vs Citi Bank

I understand both Bank of America and Citi offer virtual account numbers - is there any difference between the two when it comes to verifying PP / ebay?

And I understand Bank of America also allows you to generate VBA (to be used like checking account) - is this correct?

Not going to pass the AVS verification... Vanilla Visa gift card is the greatest!

They are not AVS like empire mentioned. Only way they will go through is if you change the city, state and zip to match the billing address.

to refer to your actual question about VBA i use BofA for my accounts and they always worked.....i think theyll even send you a card and one check for that info that PP requires

No.
You need to have an SSN in order to open a US bank account.
It is possible to open a US bank account as a non resident (although not for every country) but its a complex process and will require all your real info. The level of difficulty involved will differ based on your country. In addition most banks will not allow it.
