Paypal 21 days hold without ebay

Maybe some one know how not get 21 days held on paypal.
I don't use Ebay just got payment to paypal some time paypal held payment 21 days.
May it is my country: Lithuania?
How not get 21 helds on paypal?

Most people get 21 day holds off ebay for the first couple months.
I dont think you can avoid it purposely.

You prove to eBay PayPal then you can provide a great service, then you will not get 21 day holds anymore This can take a few months

What I do is make a new account then sell a cheap item,get 21 day hold, wait for payment to clear, get feedback, then list something. Because often it says the reason for the hold is no transaction history.

Can't guarantee it will work

The 21 day hold isn't always relating to your eBay selling history, PayPal has their own hold too, you should be fine after selling for a couple of months.

Paypal catches on to the gift, service thing pretty quick so don't try getting around the hold by over doing that.

Sorry got confused with another thread. PayPal can hold all payments, but with gift it's a review that generally lasts up to 72hrs

in my experience Lithuania PayPal I never had 21 days hold ( neither off ebay or ebay payment )
when you get 21 days hold specially off ebay payments. that means that there is common factor between all your accounts, I am not talking about hardware or cookies linking, I am talking about your tools that you are using or how you are managing your account, paypal not fools. sadly they are very smart...

Yes you can get holds

Any account is subject to holds. You just have to mark them as shipped or update them with tracking. Keep everything on the up and up with the account and the holds will eventually go away.
