The VCC you create from these banks will not pass the AVS check. Paypal can still see that address don't match.

Still can be useful IF you create accounts in the same zip code. Not a forever option but still an option. You can also edit address online to another zip code if absolutely needed. Great amazon alternative.

One of the major Italian banks allows to have something like "shop safe" to generate virtual cards and they work for Italian PayPal, tested by me.

you can create up to 10 vcc on entropay and then if you delete them you can make more..
