What kind of limits come with a business account? Any SSN issues?

I've heard that business accounts on eBay typically come with a higher selling limit than a personal account (I'd sure hope so, can't imagine a business would survive too long with 5 sales a month! lol). What kind of selling limits are typical? And, when starting a business PayPal and business eBay(All new), are there any SSN roadblocks along the way? Seems like I've been hearing of too many PayPal SSN issues when trying to add an EIN, but I don't know if that's a problem just for existing accounts, limited accounts or all business accounts.

Ebay has the same limits.

Paypal will ask for the last four of the SS. Success has been to add the last four of the EIN. But it is to early to know for sure if it is a long term solution.
