Default How Does Ebay Handle Returns on Abandoned Accounts?

I am asking this question because I plan to have a buyer account with VBA & VCC verified Paypal

As for the funds I will be using them on unlocking services for the phones I sell

As soon the account becomes restricted because I sell cellphones, I abandon it and continue on with more accounts hopefully making more then 500$ per account.
I sold over 300 phones on my original account that got restricted and only had 2 returns ever .. So I was just wondering since ill abandon the account in case of possible return request how does ebay handle it? they will have no form of tracing me back since I never used an actual bank account?

Also what if the address I use doesn't belong to me & I order a bunch of stuff under that address
Certain addresses for me are Reachable since I work at around 15 Stores
( I don't plan on buying items but if its possible it will be nice )

Basically they automatically take funds out of the limited paypal account to pay off returns.

if you have no funds in there the account goes negative until you pay it back.

If there's no money in your PayPal your PayPal balance will go overdrawn . Also eBay sends message to all buyers that your listings have been cancelled and they encourage buyers to open cases against you . So you should expect a fair few cases opening .

I sell phones and I need to unlock phones
currently unlocking certain models for 20$ so i use these account as buyer accounts since im going to end up wasting that amount on unlocks
and my unlocker is so cool he let me submit 5 ⊗⊗⊗⊗/phantom imeis/orders then submitted me the funds later through paypal to my original

but yea I dont mind any cases being opened as the account is strictly for buying items (I hope I can order real items) the address I used for stealth is one of my job addresses (15 stores)

also once they restrict me for selling high risk items I just abandon it

I was also thinking of opening a stealth that does "UNLOCK SERVICES" and transfering my funds through those purchases but then again that would mean ebay is getting 20% and paypal nearly 10%

So theres a lot of loss in it
I just feel iffy about making stealth accounts with real bank accounts because of a possible return in the future (even though i only ever returned 2 out 300 phones sold in my original account)

I don't want them tracking me down since those accounts that get restricted I abandon (dont pay fees or ever log in again)
