New accounts created fails! Any advise?

Hi everyone,
I was trying to create the new accounts as what I did a year ago. I used the new bank account( Bank of America) New VCC to full verify the PayPal. But I used google voice number. And Express VPN without Static IP. I tried women dress category, phone case, and baby shoes. Created about 40 accounts and only 5 left now with limit 5/500. Others All have been suspended one or two days later or got 0/0 immediately. I got one account with 1000/250000 once but it has been suspend two days later. Could you give some advise here please or PM me.
I looked around the forum, and I thought the problem should be the phone number or IP address. I'm wondering if I use the Static IP and real phone number and will I get the account without suspension for sure?
Any advise will be appreciated! Thank you!

the problem is the google voice #. Try again using a physical phone # and see if you still have issues.

Google voice is quite problematic still to use.

Dont use google voice as those numbers are heavily overused. Make sure you remember your basics and if you plan on going over 200/20000 in sales be prepared as it has become a bit problematic with US PP accounts.

You are correct in that it is your IP and the Google Voice that are causing this. You need to find a better source of phone numbers that GV and a STATIC and DEDICATED VPN.

But you also asked if that would GUARANTEE that your accounts are not suspended. NO. The fact is, with eBay and PayPal there are NO GUARANTEES. But it WILL lessen the CHANCES of being suspended.

The days when you could set up a stealth eBay and PayPal account for free, using free services on the internet are LONG GONE. Google Voice has not been good for stealth for a long time now. And those VPN services that give you access to 40,000 IP addresses in 35 countries for $5.99 a month are TERRIBLE for stealth! Their IP's get abused, being used for credit card fraud, eBay and PayPal fraud, SPAM emails and all kinds of other things that red flag those IP.s And eBay has lists of some of these providers IP's as well. So they are NOT good for stealth.
