Default eBay fees due

Hello Peter piper (made up name)

Thank you for writing back to notify us your intent to pay the fees you
owe in a weeks time

I have reviewed your account. As per eBay payment process, you need to
pay the due amount before a new invoice date. As the invoice date in
your seller account is on the 15th day of each month, the September 2015
invoice payment of $395.00 your eBay account is due by 16th October,
2015. If your account remains past due for the seller fees, it could be
placed on hold. I encourage you to pay before due date to reinstate your
eBay privileges.

I am waiting for PayPal to reinstate my account before I pay eBay and is that a safe option?
I have uploaded docs and am just waiting for PayPal

Thx Steve
