What is best stradegy for adding product following 5:1 ratio

Just wondering if anyone had some insight as to what the best stradegy for quickyly adding cake items following the 5:1 ratio? I am using the inventory uploader xls and just browsing multiple categories top 100 selling items. Seems a good stradegy as there are many sellers on these popular listings. Any advice is appreciated as this is a time consuming process as I have 150 legit listings so need to upload at least 750
