Default Is it worth to keep ebay account with 3 neg feedback (70+ feedbacks in total)??

Paypal limited my paypal and asked to provide Driving license and bills. This account is in bogus name. All 3 negative feedbacks have just been left since last week from 2 person. They want to return the item and asked me to give them postage costs. However, I will only give them refund excluding postage. So they left negative feedback.

So I wanna ask you guys here if it's worth to keep this account with 3 negative feedbacks by sending paypal ID and bills. Or just leave it and move on with other accounts?

Thank you.

if the Negs are from the same person, i wouldnt worry too much. You ultimately decide if that account is worth keeping. How long has the account been running? Is that your highest feedback account? Do you have returning buyers?? Those questions should help you make your decision

1 Those 3 negative feedbacks are from 2 persons.
2 The account is just 2 months old. That's why I want your opinion about it.
3 No, I got another account which is in my real name and is my main ebay account.
4 No returning buyers.

However this limited account is making around £1000 within 2 months (After I got negative feedback, the sale was decreasing). So just wanna ask if I should keep this account or just creating a new one and start over again.

keep hold of it. use it as a buyers account for a while till the neg feedback go's down the lines. If you dont remove your limitation on paypal and then decide to link another paypal account with your ebay id then i wouldnt say its wise.

On the other hand you can ditch it and get yourself a new one, its your call

With negs going away in 12 months, an old negged account is re-usable eventually. I try to maintain 100% positive feedback on my accounts. I do this by spending a whole lot of time fighting negatives when I get them, basically experimenting, trying everything I can. Oh and if you block a buyer who is suspcious and the buyer begs to be unblocked, I've had people that do that and then they win and leave negatives, so better to keep them blocked.
