Account just got reinstated, having issues.

After my account got reinstated after a mc011 I tried to list an item and it asked to verify my phone number. I click to do it but get no call and it just says "we are currenctly experiencing technical difficulties". The phone number is real and I have access to it. After I got reinstated ebay tried to charge my paypal account for $190 in ebay fees but it got declined because there is no balance in my paypal account. I figured maybe this was why, I was just planning to sell items then pay the fees shortly.

I tried to add a debit card to pay the fees and it got declined, I put in the stealth account info but I realized the debit card is still registered at my old address which was banned. Will this effect my account?

Had the same thing. Call in, the agent will call you and fix the problem instantly.

It is just a glitch.

You will need your name, email address and telephone number when you call.

Thanks I will do that, is it okay that I tried to use the debit card to pay fees? I also just tried to link that card to paypal and it said the billing address is incorrect which it is right about. I read a real debit is okay to link as there is no avs verification.

Credit/debit cards the ZIP CODE MUST match.

Go get a VCC if your zip does not match.

Also, you can just get a few quick sales most likely and be fine.

I called in and after about half an hour finally got transferred to somebody who knew what they are doing, problem solved can list items now, thanks for the help wasn't sure if calling in was safe. This accounts 1.5 years old wouldn't want to loose it.

Where did you read that wrong info.
