 New to Forum - Paypal issues
Hi all,
Found myself here much like everyone else I assume. I have been selling on ebay for 3-4 years. Top rated seller, few listings removed during that time but no paypal issues.
That was until I started selling those damn balance board scooters (hoverboards) and paypal limited my account and it was under review for 1 month. I survived the review and all was restored and I stumbled across another product.
Sales blew up in the 2 weeks we were selling and before I knew it, paypal had frozen my account and the funds stating they would hold it for upto 180 days. The account was also limited (permanantly) and I was asked to stop using paypal for anything, including any websites etc. This was all down to some trademark issue. I managed to get the funds released and to my surprise paypal even lifted the limit. I just had to click a link and write I agree never to sell this item etc etc.
So here I am, not willing to give up as I have other items I wish to sell and although I am allowed to use paypal again for these other items, I wont be taking any chances.
