Cannot complete seller registration on Amazon

Am I missing something? I have completed all steps when creating seller account except for the tax interview which I skip but every time I save and continue it loops back to the beginning.Has anyone experienced this? Does anyone know what is causing it or how to complete the registration?Thanks in advance.

if you are trying to create a professional sellers account amazon now requires tax ID up front and will not allow you to continue without it.

Individual Amazon accounts do not require the interview, but have 50 item limits before they require it.

Yes its a professional account and now I cannot change it to an individual account or I don't see a way to change it.Looks like now I will have to get an LLC to get an EIN.
