how do you buy things off ebay with stealth account again?

i know i use to buy things off ebay with my stealth account and i wouldnt have to put in my real info i would buy the item then message the seller to ship to my actual address but when i tried to buy something u it would say your billing address dont match the card i also used paypal to try to complete the order

Just make a buying account with your real info, attach a debit/CC and done.

o but if my account with my real info is restricted why would they let me sign up again with that info i couldve swore i tried doing that

Don't use that account for selling since eb and pp will have your real info.

Ebay doesn't care a whole lot about buying accounts, just don't make into a selling account. I have a buying account in my real info, nothing bad has happened.
