vpn or dongle for ebay, which is best?

hello guys, basically as the title really, which is best for ebay uk.

i have tried to change my ip adress with vm via james guide however i have had no luck whatsoever.

im operating from a macbook air and so bought a netgear new router and i dont think its compatible with the mac nor is the installation guide :\

i have followed the instructions and i dont think it has the wireless function enabled so i cant log into it so i think im just going to get a dongle or VPN.

what would you reccomend for starting out and which would be most efficent/best.

Your best options are:
1. Dongle, I believe there are several threads on which is the best. You will have to log all your IP changes between accounts. Usually all you gotta do is unplug/plug in (Dongle).

2. Mifi, same as above but with a Mifi you turn off/turn on to get a new IP.

3. VPN, Would recommend a Static IP VPN such as 24vc VPN. The cost will be higher than a dongle/Mifi if your using VPN for multiple accounts.
