I would like to buy Walmart Gift cards outside US. I tried to buy on several websites, but does not accept my payment. I think the problem is my Ip address, but VPN has not solved the problem.

Its difficult to buy those gift cards within the US so I its probably impossible to do so from outside the US.

Keep googling around and you will find websites that will sell you visa/mc giftcards. They're hard to find but they exist. I can't list them otherwise they may get abused
