BUT STILL WHEN YOU LIST IT ON EBAY THEY REMOVE IT RIGHT AWAY AND IF THEY DO IT 3 TIMES THEY CLOSE THE EBAY

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO LIST OR WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO WITHOUT YOUR LISTINGS GETTING REMOVED ??

if you sell phone accessories on a new account ebay will limit it.
sell ****ty pound shop lines as if your a dopey seller for first 2 weeks ebay like that , then you can start selling slightly higher risk items

You'll need to build your account up with low risk / generic products for a few weeks before you even consider listing a branded item, be it genuine or not.

As the others have said, the best way to sell such items successfully is to sell them on an established account. Even then there is still a risk of listing removal due to the sheer number of unlicenced and counterfeit products sold in this category.
