Paypal Limiting New Accounts ?

link number and vcc, then wait for the card confirmation
but after 24hours or so the account gets limited asking for id and credit card statments.

i use them for buying accounts

I tried with proxies and mobile data
do i need to link a bank ?

What about new user accounts - doing that?

I never had that problem with Entropay, and I have many buyers accounts. I would think proxy is a big no no, even if it's just a buyers account

Having said that i have found paypal to be a bit more strict lately.

And the staff seem a bit more fed up than usual ...lol
