Obviously you would not THINK of using paypal until you work out how to do it correctly.

Sorry but there's no item on ebay worthwhile bidding on if your account is not in order.

As for your being good, no doubt you are. But this is real life. paypal/ebay do not care.

All you are doing is making more messes. That might damage your ebay account.

We do not recommend making paypals & attaching them to good ebay accounts if the 1st paypal is limited.

goto IPBurger.com or whatsmyip.org, copy the large number into notepad or whatever, switch your router off for 2 Min's, switch back on and go to either web address again and the numbers should be different this time round, if they are the same as first time it is because sky use STICKY dynamic ip's, you need to change the m.a.c with Smac or Technitium MAC Address Changer to kick start it, (i find the second program better because its free where and no need patch or KG) then power your router off and on again visit the one of the web pages it should be different this time.

All ways record I.ps you use for ebay or paypal every time because you do not need to use the same one twice.

Also if you have been banned with this network your baned i.p will come round again unless you use a whole new i.p range. so maybe a dongle would be better unless you know about changing whole i.p range.

If your stuck i can do it via teamviwer for you.

First question: are you understanding stealth and making sure when you create your accounts, that no link is possible?
