Default Is Paypal Limiting all new Accounts?

Ok so all my new accounts are being limited as soon as i recieve a payment and i go to with draw or send the money else where....

Is this happening to anyone else?

It seems to be all my new accounts.. old ones are fine..

I sell an item.. log in the next the day to withdraw the money or send it to some other account and thats it limited, asking for CC details, invoice, proof that i have sent the item which is not possible because it gets limited right away..

Anyways around this?

Don't withdraw or send money so fast, that is an obvious red flag for paypal.

But i have never had this problem before for the past year and it has been just a month and three brand new paypal accounts have been limited. None are linked in anyways and all stealth...

How long should i wait before touching the funds? i have waited for a few days in one of the accounts and same issue...

doesnt matter, its never a good idea to do that, you probably just got lucky for a long time.. keep doing this and more then often the account will go down

Sometimes if you make over $500 in the first 30 days it will be instant limitation, not everytime though, better to let the accounts age at least 30-90 days.

I am finding out that if you make a pp account and move small amounts in and out of it and then after 30-60 days attach a ebay selling account they seem to be doing better.

The thread title is misleading... paypal is limiting YOUR new accounts, not all new accounts. You're doing something to cause the limitation.

Thats pretty annoying ^^

No i am not selling "FOOFOO"

But the items i am selling are high demand. I have reciepts for the items but it is under my real name. I have tried changing the name and address on the reciept but paypal rejected the appeal.

Really confused about what i am doing wrong?

Any tips..

Thanks

I think it would be best to attach the tracking number to paypal after an item is sold, wait for it to be delivered and then withdraw. Makes you less suspicious and less of a risk on paypal's system.

It's been happening to all of my new accounts, also. I don't know what to do anymore. Paypal is getting so strict.

I find that it wil get limited, if you try to send money
when your account
- Recieve over $100 (on one transactino)
- and not bank verified

For any amounts under $100 you recieve, it should be relativly safe
