"Item as described" metric suddenly blank? Placement suffering

I have high 5 star ratings for all seller metrics with the exception of item as described... Which is all of a sudden showing just a line ( - ) in place of a number. My placement has suffered and I wondered why.. Now I think I found out why. Is this just a glitch... All of the feedback has been excellent.,., and even if it wasn't you'd think there would be a 1-5 star rating there
