can i create a stealth with my own name, and everything else be brand new?

im looking to go the LLC in Nevada route cause my ebay account was suspended indefinitely with my old address. i moved to a new address several months ago , but the new address is already in the PayPal account that is married to that ebay so i dont wanna risk that address .im thinking of just deleting that paypal and ebay all together so i dont risk getting linked.. my girlfriend is back home in another state and she moved to a new place, can i start all over everything new, IP, bank,paypal,phone etc and use my girls address as my new address? i want to eventually convert the stealth account to a business account , provide an EIN, and keep on truckin .. i would think with my real name it would make it easier with the taxes situation down the road . any thoughts? thank you guys so much. this forum is amazing

I did this many years ago in 2011 when the 1099k law went into effect. My previous account with my SSN had been shut down in somewhere in 07. I used an address a city over. From my experience eBay seems to care a little less than they did in the past about going after sellers trying to get back. I think its because their revenue has been down. Unless you did something really bad I don't it will be too much of an issue with new info but the same name and an EIN for PayPal.

Yes using your own name is fine... Just make sure everything else is different... When i say everything I mean everything..... I have used my own name on many accounts.... Yes i have been suspended under that name... If theres no public info on you at the new address you will more than likely get lower limits starting off but if you sell to the max each month your limits will double each month. Try to get an ID card for the new address "creates public info" before you start the Ebay.

yes, it can work...if there are a few years in between the account creation, even better..
