How to create a ghost paypal account which country have low restriction?

How to verify it?

I created one with germany, it requires bank account to verify!!

...hmmm yes, you are right, my bad... you should start considering a subscription then :)


P.S.: generally it is more handy use your own country PayPal, it will be easyer to run the account. Each country has its positives and each has its negatives.

As for this idea of "low restriction"...it's not the best approach - you should work with paypal on the platform for which you have the most resources.

If you are in the US, stick with the US...reach out to Canada if you can deal with handling business nearby.

Don't look for the easy way out

Hey thanks am out of US, I have paypal with my country but have huge restrictions cant use it..

So creating 2nd one found everyone is speaking about vba and vcc to make it work properly that why I asked so I can create based on users idea

I found IP is the reason..

So to be on safe side How should I create account with vcc and vba? can someone help?

Stealth guide will surely help. I would get it. It will save you time and efforts.

Secondly, if you are outside US you'd better change your flag accordingly. Help from members will be more effective knowing where you are operatin from.

How about you tell us Why? just telling people to stop isn't enough. You don't like the guide?

No, there isn't and those who do know aren't going to tell you.....so either Buy a VBA OR keep looking.

There is no such thing as of right now as Canadian VBA, just USA.

Like you are not in the mood for using a search engine and try and find answers forthe questions you have.

A good idea would be to have the stealth guide as audiobook so you can learn while you are driving.
