 Address confirmation pin?
I have a stealth account with a P.O box and don't want to get multiple P.O boxes for more accounts because I won't get returns and it would be a waste of money for me. I want to use a real address that I won't have access to. I seen on a couple threads from people in the U.K talking about later down the line they will want to send you a pin to that address to make sure it's yours does this go for the U.S and when do they do that?
P.S I'm using vanilla gift cards to confirm my accounts and I add the zip code to it not sure if that verifys the address for me or what. I can do phone verification for both PayPal and eBay with no problems.
