Default New Suspension Notice?

I was suspended inauthentic from one customer complaint on my own private label. I submitted invoice and plan of action, even though this is ridiculous as I am the brand owner.

They replied back saying:

"We are still reviewing your account. We will send you an email when we finish the review."


This was 28 days ago. Is this a new suspension notice where they take long now? What can I do? I am losing money every day. All advice is greatly appreciated.

I dont want to be the bearer of bad news but 28 days is no good. Have you messaged them yet? try messaging seller-performance and ask for an escalation.

It's not New seems like they just want to wait and see if they get more complaints

I am afraid nothing you can do they will get back to you

If you provided Chinese invoice then this could be the reason

Sorry to hear that.

I am seeing more and more of these types of suspensions these days.

I assume its just aggressive competitors learning new methods of getting people flagged.

If you already submitted an invoice and a POA, all you can do is wait. You can try sending in another invoice if you have them. Avoid Chinese invoices as e2free has suggested, that has a high rate of causing issues.

waiting 28 days is a bad sign? I will message seller performance but what should I say? Should i resend my same appeal I did 28 days ago?

Any suggestions and advice I really appreciate.

When amazon says "we are still reviewing your account" is this a bad sign?

I had this email for a listing that was removed. I provided invoices and I got that email. Usually I get the email saying I am allowed to sell the item again. Anyone had this issue for a listing removed?

i have heard this happening to people with private label.not sure why .Try to send one and the same email with the invoices and the plan of action every week to all of these emails

While yes, you will get more attention on your support request this way.. you're poking a sleeping bear. Don't escalate it too much if you are questionable.

That does work though.
