| yungsc1005 | 05-11-2018 03:34 AM | Paypal can't confirm my new mobile number... Im trying to add a bank account, I already successfully updated my new number and even confirmed it through text under my Paypal profile page.
However, after adding a rout/bank account info... they still want me to add the new phone number to confirm it's me (this is AFTER adding and confirming my new number under the profile page).
I did this but it's telling me "Sorry we can't confirm its you".
I'm using a Verizon pre-paid phone and already registered everything under my name and address associated to my Paypal account to match.
Any ideas? |
