If I call from my home phone will they link it to my old account? I don't have any other phone I can call from. Do I have to speak with them or do they just want me to call and put in a pin number and then they will re-instate it?

They limited me but did not close the auction...

Do they want to actually talk to me and what information do they want?

never had that happen. not really sure what they want.

To be safe you can not not not use a phone number associated with a suspended account. When you made the stealth account, you should have set up a new phone number. As guru says get a tracfone. Should you end up speakiing to them, you will be asked who you are, maybe DOB & some generic questions...

Definitely go out and buy a tracfone. You'll get 10 minutes of free talk time in case ebay actually wants a chat. Just have all the information you used to register the account ready to verify your stealth identity.

the reason i got the verify identity restriction was because the name on the account was ImNOT Tellin lol.. the account was less than 30 days old so i didnt bother trying to save it
